PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that I will offer at Public Sale at the Saguache County Courthouse, Town of Saguache, on the 9th day of November, 2012 at 9:00 A.M. and on succeeding days if necessary, the Tax Liens on the following described Real Estate taxes, Special District taxes, Mobile Homes taxes and Minerals taxes located in Saguache County.

The following consists of name, description of property, total of tax, interest, penalties and advertising fee. Bidding shall be as provided in SECTION 39-11-108 of the Colorado Revised Statues (2010).
